TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE

CONSTRUCTED FORMAT :

• The tournament will be played in Best Of 1, 35-minutes match + 5 min overtime. There will be a top cut on Sunday played in Best Of 3, 60-minutes set + 10 min overtime.
  

• There will be a maximum of 10 rounds on Saturday and a maximum of 32 top cut players on Sunday. Information is subject to change depending on the total number of players registered. 
  
  

• The top cut is determined by the number of players registered. There will be a maximum of 1024 players.
  
  

• This event is not limited to a single region.
  
  

• Players will have access to online pairings system.  All they need to do is scan a QR code on round 1, and refresh the website page each round. 

DECK LISTS :

• The deck list is mandatory for this event.
  
  

• Players may only play with the deck they have built with the official One Piece TCG cards in English ONLY.
  

• Please make sure to check the legal card sets and banned/restricted card list on the official website here.
  
  

• No side decks.
  
  

• Deck lists will be collected at the start of round 1 by judges. Please have this list ready for the start of the event.
  
  
  

• If the deck list is not provided by the start of round 1, a Game Loss penalty may be applied and/or the player disqualified from the tournament.

ON SITE CATERING

From Toulouse Blagnac airport :

• Use public transport (~35 min)
  - AERO shuttle to TOULOUSE bus station.
  - Connection at JEAN-JAURES.
  - BUS Linéo, line L9 to L'UNION GRANDE HALLE.

• OR Taxi - (~20 min)

From Toulouse Matabiau main train station :

• Use public transport (~20 min)
  - RIQUET bus stop
  - BUS Linéo, line L9 to L'UNION GRANDE HALLE.

From the A621 ring road:

• Join A620.

• Join A62/E9 towards A61/E80/Périphérique Interieur/Borderouge/Albi/MontpellierInterieur/Borderouge/Albi/Montpellier

• Exit 14 towards ALBI / L'UNION.

• Free large car park is available in front of the venue.

By bus:

STOP L'UNION GRANDE HALLE: Hall 50 meters away.

• On Fridays and Saturdays, Linéo buses run continuously from 5H15am to 1am. Approximately every 7 minutes.

• On Sundays, Linéo bus routes run continuously from 5H15 am to 0H30 am. Approximately every 7 minutes.

• Other bus lines: L9, 40, 42, 43.

• Other Bus stops close to the venue: Centre Commercial L'union Lines 73 and 76.

You can easily book a hotel from downtown Toulouse.

There are several hotels just off the Toulouse ring road (Première classe, formule 1 and Campanile).

The venue is accessible by bus from the L'Union group of hotels, bus stop: St-Caprais.

The ticket is valid for one person - non-transferable - non-refundable.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION :

Only players who have purchased a ticket for the main event can participate in the side events on Saturday and Sunday. There will be no exceptions.

Regarding of the venue's capacity, no visitors will be accepted, with the exception of legal guardians of minors. If a visitor pass is required please contact staff at contact@pecoccitania.fr.
