General Conditions of Sale   20/08/2026

The general conditions govern the sales of tickets for participation in competitions organized by Premier Event Company Occitania.

1 - TICKET PRICES / ACQUISITION RULES / EVENT REGULATIONS

1.1 Price & VAT
The competition ticket prices for a tournament are indicated in Euros, including a 10% VAT. Ticketing for main events is exclusively online. Main events and secondary events are clearly differentiated in the ticketing process. Tickets for secondary events, which take place during the main event, can only be purchased on-site when applicable.

1.2 Maximum basket size and ticket acquisition
Unless otherwise stated, the total number of tickets reserved per person cannot exceed one ticket per order. It is also prohibited to acquire or attempt to acquire tickets through unauthorized use of a robot, malicious automated software, unauthorized links to a website, or any other illegal or unauthorized activity. In case of non-compliance with these rules, Premier Event Company Occitania reserves the right to cancel orders reasonably suspected to have been placed in violation of these terms and conditions, without prior notice.

1.3 Booking platform
Reservations are carried out through the online ticketing service "Billetweb." The general terms and conditions of Premier Event Company Occitania, as described on this page, apply consistently.

1.4 Currency
All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable exclusively in Euros. The indicated price is the total amount paid by the participant.

1.5 Pricing adjustment
Premier Event Company Occitania reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Tickets will be priced based on the rates in effect at the time the orders are recorded.

1.6 Ticket presentation
The purchased ticket must be presented to the organizer at the entrance of the event and may be requested throughout its duration.

1.7 Withdrawal rights and cancellation
Tickets cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred. A duplicate can be obtained upon simple request from customer service. Duplicates are always nominal. Consumers do not have a withdrawal right (Article L.221-28, 12 of the French Consumer Code). The general terms and conditions of event ticketing do not provide for the possibility of exchanges, transfers, or refunds.
The ticket holder may inform the organizer at any time of their wish to cancel their ticket. Cancellation does not, under any circumstances, entail a refund.

1.8 Event cancellation / Event Postponed / Schedule Modification

In the event of force majeure (such as: natural disasters — storms, floods, earthquakes —, fires, terrorist attacks, riots, armed conflicts, pandemics, exceptional government measures, transportation shutdowns, communication or energy network outages, major cyberattacks, or general strikes), Premier Event Company Occitania reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel an event. In such cases, the company commits to promptly informing participants of the measures taken. If the cancellation results from a force majeure event beyond the organizer’s control, tickets will not be refunded. However, if the cancellation is due to an organizational failure or fault attributable to Premier Event Company Occitania, the ticket price will be fully refunded (excluding service fees). Force majeure events shall not give rise to any claims for compensation or liability against the organizer. Force majeure will not entitle participants to additional compensation from Premier Event Company Occitania. In particular, the organiser will not reimburse travel, accommodation, catering or any other personal expenses incurred by participants.  Refunds are issued to the original purchaser using the same payment method used for the ticket purchase, within seven business days. Before attending the event, participants are encouraged to check the event status on the website www.pecoccitania.fr

If the event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date. Any conditions under which participants may request a refund or credit note will be communicated when the postponement is announced.

Premier Event Company Occitania may make non-material changes to the programme, schedule, tournament structure or activities offered when such changes are necessary for the proper operation of the event. Minor changes will not entitle participants to a refund, credit note or compensation.

1.9 Recommendation
It is recommended to arrive at least 1 hour 30 minutes before the start of the competition during a tournament.

1.10 Prohibited items
For security reasons, it is strictly forbidden to bring weapons, explosive, flammable, or volatile substances, bottles, containers, sharp or blunt objects, or any object that could be used as a projectile, any dangerous item, pyrotechnic articles, or signs and banners of any size with political, ideological, religious, or advertising content to the site. Any violator will be held accountable, excluded from the event, and may face legal action. Premier Event Company Occitania is required to welcome participants under strict security conditions; the security service may conduct bag content inspections and/or metal checks if necessary.

1.11 Images
Participants are informed that general photographs and audiovisual recordings may be made during the event for informational, news reporting, archiving and communication purposes relating to the event and the activities of Premier Event Company Occitania. Such recordings may include general views of the atmosphere, audience, playing areas, tournament tables and activities organised during the event. Where an identifiable individual is the principal subject of a photograph or recording intended for individual promotional use, specific consent may be requested. Participants wishing to report a particular concern may contact the organiser before or during the event at contact@pecoccitania.fr. Particular care will be taken where an identifiable minor is the principal subject of an image.

1.12 Ticket holder and legal age
The ticket holder is responsible for their attendance at the event to which the ticket grants access. Unless otherwise specified by the organizer, minors must be accompanied and supervised by an adult, who remains responsible for them. The minimum recommended age for participation is 9 years.

1.13 Spectators
A ticket guarantees an access to the venue. Visitors and spectators are informed that if the venue reaches its maximum capacity, security may require individuals to stay outside the venue for safety reasons. Visitor tickets may not be available for certain events.

1.14 Prizes
Any participation or ranking prizes are determined, supplied and distributed in accordance with the conditions established by the publisher of the relevant game. PECO does not provide any prizes. Unless otherwise stated, prizes are not funded by registration fees and do not include cash prizes or any prize pool funded by participants. Participation and ranking rewards are funded and supplied by the relevant publisher. To receive a participation prize, the ticket holder must be personally present and must have participated in at least their first match. Ranking rewards will only be handed to the person legitimately entitled to receive them after verification of their identity and final ranking. Unless an exceptional arrangement is expressly announced by the organiser, rewards will not be sent by post or handed to a third party. Any restriction on the use or resale of the products stated on the products themselves or imposed by the publisher remains applicable. The publisher may change the nature, quantity, design or allocation conditions of the rewards. Premier Event Company Occitania will inform participants of any such change brought to its attention.

1.15 Tournament rules and operation

The tournament is organised in accordance with the game rules, tournament rules, official procedures and penalty guidelines published by the relevant publisher. Decisions concerning the application of game rules, match procedures, penalties, results and rankings are made by the judging team appointed for the event. By participating in the competition, players agree to comply with these rules and with any reasonable instructions given to ensure the proper operation, safety and integrity of the event. Any appeal procedure provided for in the publisher’s official documents must be used during the tournament and in accordance with the applicable procedures.

1.16 Prize Points
As part of certain side events, participants may receive Prize Points based on their participation or results. These points are personal, non-transferable, cannot be converted into cash and may only be used during the event at which they were awarded, at the relevant Prize Wall and subject to product availability. Prize Points cannot be used at a subsequent event. They permanently expire when the Prize Wall closes or when the event ends. Unused points do not entitle participants to any refund, credit note, replacement or compensation. Products available at the Prize Wall are supplied in accordance with the conditions established by the publisher and may be changed or replaced depending on availability. Some products may become unavailable during the event. Products are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

1.17 TCG

The competitions organised are based primarily on participants’ skills, including their knowledge of the rules and cards, strategic analysis, planning, resource management, decision-making, memory and concentration. Registration fees are paid in consideration for access to and participation in the event and the related organisational services. They do not constitute a stake or contribution to any prize pool redistributed among participants.

2 - REAL-TIME TICKETING

2.1 Availability
All reservations are made in real time on ticketing servers. In this context, the server informs the buyer in real time about ticket availability at the time of order. Once the order is completed, the ticket is only available online and will not be sent by postal services, but exclusively by email. No fees apply for the issuance of the online ticket. Buyers must verify the information provided before finalizing the transaction.

2.2 Summary of your reservation in progress
During the reservation process, a summary will be displayed, allowing you to verify before confirming the order that the ticket assigned to you matches your request.

2.3 Legal guarantee of conformity
Nothing in these General Terms and Conditions excludes or limits any statutory rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

2.4 Cancellation insurance
Billetweb may offer purchasers the optional opportunity to take out cancellation insurance provided by a third-party insurer. This insurance is governed by a separate contract entered into directly between the purchaser and the insurer. Premier Event Company Occitania is neither the insurer nor the intermediary responsible for processing insurance claims. The scope of coverage, exclusions, required evidence, deadlines, excesses and compensation amounts are determined exclusively by the insurer’s contractual documents. Any compensation request or dispute relating to the insurance must be addressed directly to the insurer using the contact details and procedures provided when the insurance was purchased.

3 - PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Payment by credit card
Payments are made by credit card, and therefore no payment delays are allowed. Payment by credit card allows you to reserve your tickets online immediately and in a firm and definitive manner. The ticket will be sent to you by email. The service provided by the third-party site is secure and complies with European laws mentioned in section 4.

4 - SECURE PAYMENTS AND PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected in connection with ticket orders and participation in the event is processed by Premier Event Company Occitania and its service providers for the purposes of ticketing, payment management, access control, registration, tournament participation, accounting obligations, complaint handling and essential communications concerning the event. Depending on the information requested during the booking process, this data may include the participant’s identity, contact details, player number, order references, payment amount and status, ticket status and any information required to verify their participation. Personal data is retained for a period proportionate to the relevant purposes and applicable legal obligations. It is only disclosed to service providers and partners whose involvement is necessary for the organisation of the event, including Billetweb and, where necessary, the relevant game publisher. In accordance with applicable data protection law, data subjects may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and, where applicable, data portability by contacting contact@pecoccitania.fr. They may also lodge a complaint with the French Data Protection Authority, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés (CNIL). Further information concerning the purposes, legal bases and retention periods is available in the Premier Event Company Occitania Privacy Policy.

5 - ORDER VALIDATION

At the final validation of the order at the end of the reservation process, the buyer declares to accept the order as well as the entirety of the present General Terms and Conditions of Sale fully and without reservation. The data recorded by Premier Event Company Occitania is authentic and constitutes proof of all transactions carried out. The buyer must carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Sale before confirming the order.

6 - TICKET COLLECTION METHODS

The method of obtaining tickets is linked to the payment method chosen by the buyer and the time between the reservation date and the event date, and is sent by email. The ticket is registered in the Premier Event Company Occitania database, and there is no obligation to print it. A digital verification may be required, where only the player's number and a means to verify identity will be requested. It is strongly recommended to have your digital device charged at the time of ticket inspection.

7 - TICKET USAGE CONDITIONS

The purchase and use of the ticket are governed by all general terms and conditions as well as the specific conditions below, related to the electronic control of these tickets. Each ticket is nominative and strictly personal. These tickets are non-exchangeable, non-refundable, and non-transferable to a third party. At the event venue entrance, an official photo ID may be requested to identify the ticket buyer by the competent authorities (passport, driver's license, ID card, or residence permit).
The ticket holder must present themselves promptly at the beginning of the event. If the ticket holder is not present at the time of player registration closure, the ticket will no longer allow participation in the main event, and the spot will be released. However, they may still access the venue for the entire event duration.
The buyer must keep this document for the duration of their presence at the event.

8 - AFTER-SALES SERVICE

For any questions, you can contact us at the following email address: contact@pecoccitania.fr.

9 - LAST-MINUTE TICKETS ON-SITE & TICKET VALIDITY

The ticket guarantees the participant a place in the competition provided that they complete their on-site check-in before the deadline stated on the event page, ticket or practical information email. Any participant physically present in the check-in queue before the deadline will be considered to have arrived on time, even if their ticket is checked after that time due to waiting time attributable to the organiser. After check-in closes, any participant who has not presented themselves will be considered absent. Their ticket will no longer entitle them to participate in the main competition, and their place may be permanently released and reassigned. The release or sale of the place to another participant will not entitle the original ticket holder to any refund, credit note or compensation. The absent participant may nevertheless enter the event as a visitor where the access conditions, venue capacity and event rules allow it.
After check-in closes, Premier Event Company Occitania may sell places that have become available due to the absence of previously registered participants. Only places that have actually been released may be reassigned. The total number of admitted participants may never exceed the operational capacity of the competition, the legal capacity of the venue or any limit imposed by the publisher.

Tickets sold on site are subject to these General Terms and Conditions of Sale and to the specific conditions applicable to the relevant event
