General Conditions of Sale

The general conditions govern the sales of tickets for participation in competitions organized by Premier Event Company Occitania.

SUMMARY :

1 - TICKET PRICES AND RULES

1.1 - The prices of the competition tickets to a tournament are indicated in Euro excluding VAT not applicable, art. 293B of the CGI. The price of an event ticket is 35€ OFFLINE and 30€ ONLINE (VAT not applicable, art. 293B of the CGI) - The other events published on this site can only be purchased on the spot during the main event if applicable.

1.2 - Unless otherwise specified, the total number of tickets reserved per person may not exceed 1 ticket per order. It is also forbidden to obtain or attempt to obtain tickets through the unauthorized use of any robot or automated software, or an unauthorized link to a website, or any other illegal or unauthorized activity.

In the event of non-compliance with these rules, by an individual buyer or by multiple buyers connected simultaneously (for example by using multiple credit cards or booking multiple orders on the same credit card), or through automated means of booking, Premier Event Company Occitania reserves the right to cancel orders that we reasonably suspect have been placed in violation of these terms and conditions, without any notice.

1.3 - All the orders whatever their origin are only payable in Euro. A tournament ticket cannot be refunded even in case of loss or theft, nor taken back, nor exchanged, except in case of cancellation of a tournament and decision by the organizer of the refund of the tickets.

1.4 - Premier Event Company Occitania reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The tickets will be priced on the basis of the rates in force at the time of the registration of the orders.

GENERAL PROVISIONS :

This ticket must be shown to the organizer at the entrance of the event.

The price indicated is the total price paid by the competitor.

This ticket can neither be taken back nor exchanged nor transfered, even in case of loss or theft. No duplicate will be issued. In case of cancellation of the event, the ticket price will be refunded. In case of postponement, the refund of this ticket will be subject to the conditions of the event organizer. This ticket will not be exchanged or refunded if the organizer changes the programs, the distribution or the schedule.

It is recommended to arrive at least 1 hour 30 min before the start of the competition at a tournament. For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to bring into the site weapons, explosive, flammable or volatile substances, bottles, containers, sharp or blunt objects and in general any object likely to be used as a projectile, any dangerous object and any pyrotechnic item, signs and banners of any size of a political, ideological, religious or advertising nature. Any offender will be held responsible and will be liable for prosecution. Spectators are warned that in the event of filming or television broadcasting of the event, their image may be used. The ticket holder is responsible for attending the event to which the ticket gives access. Unless specific provisions are made by the organizer, a minor must be accompanied and supervised by an adult and remains under the responsibility of the latter. A ticket guarantee a seating in the venue. Visitors and spectators are warned that if maximum capacity has been reached in the venue, security might ask people to stay outside the venue for safety reasons.
Participation prizes can only be collected as a participation at the event. Prizes won't be given to a third party or any other people if the ticket holder decides not to come to the event. Prizes won't be shipped by postal services. No excpetion will be made.

Prizes are given according to the final ranking of the player and as listed on the website.

2 - REAL-TIME TICKETING

2.1 - Availability

All your reservations are made in real time on ticketing servers. In this context, our server informs you in real time about the availability of tickets at the time of your order. Once the order is made, the ticket is only available online, it won't be send by postal services. There is no applicable fee to the edition of the online ticket.

2.2 - Summary of your current reservation

At the time of your reservation, a summary of your current reservation will be displayed to allow you to check before validation of the order that the ticket you have been allocated corresponds to your wish.

2.3 - Legal guarantee of conformity - guarantee against hidden defects
As ticketing delivers a service (the participation to an event), There is no legal guarantee of conformity or guarantee against hidden defects.

3 - PAYMENT METHODS

Payments are made by credit card, thus no delay paiement are possible.

3.1 - Payment by credit card

The payment by credit card allows you to reserve your tickets online and immediately in a firm and definitive way. The ticket is delivered to you by email.

4 - SECURITY OF PAYMENTS AND PERSONAL DATA

Premier Event Company Occitania has entrusted its payment system to BilletWeb, a service provider specialized in the sales of events ticketing. We guarantee the total confidentiality of your banking information, secured by the SSL / TLS protocols which systematically control the validity of the access rights during your payment by bank card and encrypt all the exchanges in order to guarantee the confidentiality.

The personal data that you communicate allow us to carry out your transaction. They also allow Premier Event Company Occitania to contact you, if possible, in case of cancellation or modification of date, time or place of a tournament for which you have reserved a place. We therefore only keep your email address, no, first name and player number. In accordance with the regulations in force (General Regulation for the protection of data n°2016/679 and the modified law of January 10, 1978 relating to data processing, files and freedoms), you have at any time the right to access, rectify, oppose or delete data concerning you. 5 - VALIDATION OF YOUR ORDER
At the final validation of your order at the end of the reservation process, you declare to accept this one as well as the entirety of the present General Conditions of Sale fully and without reserve. The data recorded by Premier Event Company Occitania is the proof of all the transactions.

6 - TICKET OBTAINING MODES
The obtaining mode of your tickets is linked to the payment mode that you choose and to the delay between the reservation date and the event date and is sent to you by email.

Your ticket is registered on our database, you do not have to print it, only your player number and your identity card will be asked.

7 - CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE TICKET:
The purchase and use of the ticket are governed by all the general conditions of sale as well as by the special conditions below, relating to the electronic control of these tickets.

Each ticket is nominative. An identity document will be requested.
Ticket use and validity:

- These tickets are neither exchangeable nor refundable. This ticket cannot be transferred to a third party.

Please note: for events, tickets are strictly personal and cannot be transferred.

This type of special conditions is specified on the event page when you make your reservation.

- At the entrance to the event venue, an official and valid photo ID may be requested to identify the ticket buyer (passport, driver's license, ID card or residence permit).

- You must keep this document for the duration of your presence at the event.

9 - WITHDRAWAL PERIOD, CANCELLATION AND REFUND

9.1 - In accordance with article L 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, tickets are not subject to a right of withdrawal. All orders are firm and final. No cancellation is therefore possible.

9.1 - Before going to the competition at a tournament, the customer is invited to ensure the maintenance of the competition at a tournament or the event on the site www.pecoccitania.fr

9.2 - Cancellation and postponement of events

In case of cancellation of the event at the request of the organizer without a postponement date, the price of your tickets will be refunded

9.3 - After Sale Service

9.4 - Refund in the case of a player replacement.
If a event is sold out, If a waiting list system is operated by the company and if players, invited, from the waiting lists are showing up to the event before the tournament starts, a ticket will be sold to those players in case of main event ticket holders no show as a player replacement. For each ticket that is sold by the company in this way, as a player replacement, this will give a 50% refund (for logistical reasons) to a player that would not show up. This would not be applied for every no show as it depends on how many players from the waiting list decide to come to the event. The selection, for the 50% refund, of the player that would not show up and be replaced by a waiting list player, will be selected :

- 1) by order of email receival (when the player is letting the company know that he/she is not coming)
- 2) by order of booking time on the third party website.

The present general conditions of sale are systematically brought to the attention of each buyer to enable him to place an order. Consequently, the fact of placing order, implies the whole adhesion and without reserve of the purchaser to these general conditions of sale. The existence of such special conditions is indicated in the presentation of each event in question at the time of booking.
