ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
ONLY players who have purchased a ticket for the main event can participate in the side events on Sunday. No exceptions will be made.
We strongly discourage visitors from coming, if you are not accompanying someone (FI : minors + legal guardian). Due to the capacity of the venue, if we exceed the numbers we will be forced to ask you to stay outside of the venue
Tournament Structure
The tournament will be played in Best Of 1 game of 35 minutes + 5 min overtime. There will be no top cut
There will be a maximum of 6 rounds on Sunday
There will be a maximum of 64 players .
CONSTRUCTED FORMAT
A- Official Event - 64 players
There will be 3 tournaments as side events
B- Buddy Event - 64 players
The tournament will be played in games of 90 minutes + 10 min overtime. There will be only one round !
On sunday the event will be played by pairs (2 players) - Registration by pairs !
There will be a maximum of 64 players .

C- Win A Box - 84 players
The tournament will be played in Best Of 1 game of 35 minutes + 5 min overtime. There will be no top cut
There will be a maximum of 7 rounds on Sunday
There will be a maximum of 84 players - 32 players minimum

Note : Only registered players from main event can participate in the side events on Day 2 if they don't qualify for top cut. No exceptions will be made.
Decklist submission
A paper decklist must be written for event A & C.
Players can only play with deck they have built with official One Piece Card Game cards in English ONLY
You must write a paper list that will be collected at players meeting. Failure to give a decklist will result in the player being dropped in round 1. No side deck.

On Saturday, bus services are operated until 9 pm to go back to Toulouse City Center. You can book any hotel in Toulouse city center easily (20 min)
On Sunday, bus services are operated until 7pm. Be sure to check timetable with the following link. Services are lower on Sunday, be sure to check Bus schedule before.
There is also a direct airport shuttle from the city center to the airport (You arrive at Jean Jaures Station - Use Line A to go to Balma Gramont and use bus services . (7€)

There are couple of hotels in Balma (Balma Lasbordes districtd & Balma Gramont disctrict but the majority will be situated in Toulouse

On Sunday, bus services are operated until 7pm. Be sure to check timetable with the following link

Food Service
There will be a food service available at the venue including hot sandwiches snacks and drinks for a reasonable price as the catering will be held by a TCG local association
Hot beverages will be available when doors open and food will be available until 9pm
A Lunch break will be operated
